Meet the Founder *

Ayman Begum is the Founder and CEO of MyMealAid ,an AI-supported preventive nutrition platform that’s designed to make nutrition support more practical and accessible in everyday life.

She created MyMealAid after seeing how difficult it can be for people to turn nutrition advice into consistent daily habits.

With a background in food and nutrition, clinical and food service experience, and early startup recognition, Ayman is building MyMealAid to help people eat better in a way that feels realistic, culturally inclusive, and sustainable.
