Who we are: MyMealAid is a pre-launch AI-supported preventive nutrition platform founded in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are currently operating as a pre-incorporation startup. Our website is www.mymealaid.ca.

What we collect We currently collect the following information:

  • Email addresses submitted through our waitlist and early access forms

  • Survey responses submitted through our community feedback forms

  • General usage data collected automatically by Squarespace (page visits, browser type, device type)

Why we collect it

  • Email addresses are collected to send waitlist updates, early access notifications, and future platform communications

  • Survey responses are collected to better understand user needs and improve the platform

  • Usage data helps us understand how visitors interact with our website

    How we store it Your information is stored through Google Forms, which maintain their own privacy and security practices. We do not currently store personal information on private servers.

    Email communications By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive occasional updates from MyMealAid about platform development, launch announcements, and relevant nutrition content. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. As we grow, we will introduce a formal unsubscribe link in every email

Third party sharing We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only processed through the tools listed above (Google Forms, Squarespace) to operate our waitlist and collect feedback.

Your rights under PIPEDA As a Canadian resident you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your information

  • Withdraw consent at any time
